R2Sonic Online Training Terms and Conditions

1. By registering an online training course with R2Sonic, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Payment: Full payment is required prior to commencement of the online training course

3. Course Access: Access to the course and training materials is granted only to up to 4 delegates per training session. Sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property: All training materials, including presentations and documents are the intellectual property of R2Sonic and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. No recording of the course is permitted.

5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling: Participants may request to reschedule their training session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability

7. Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technical requirements to participate in the online training, including stable internet connection and compatible device.

8. Confidentiality: All information shared during the online training is confidential and should not be shared outside of the course.

9. Disclaimer: R2Sonic is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions or disruptions that may occur during the online training sessions. However, we will make all reasonable effort to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

10. Liability: R2Sonic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the online training courses.

11. R2Sonic reserves the right to refuse anyone access to this training where there may be a conflict of interest, and to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
